Your home will be placed on our Web Site and in the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association in Multiple Listing Service within 24-48 hours after it has been listed. This means that the information on your home will be immediately available to every Realtor and prospective purchaser. If Realtors and prospects are actively searching for a new listing with special features that your home has, then it may be shown within a few days after it has been listed.
We use this first week to bring the Property Descriptions and Seller's Disclosure Forms to your home, fine tune the showing procedure for your home, get your For Sale sign installed, and work on the upcoming marketing activities including brochures and other promotional materials.
Please be sure that the information on the Property Description and any other materials we prepare on your home is correct. We'll see that you have a draft to review, but please check our work! This information should be out for the Realtors® and prospective buyers to take with them. Please let us know when supplies of any materials run low so we can take care of re-filling them promptly.

Homes are usually toured within the first month of the listing. If you are home when the tour comes through, it may appear that the Realtors "fly through" your home, but they are there just to become acquainted with the layout and the showing condition of the home. Please don't consider it an insult. When showing it to a buyer, they obviously will spend more time. Important - Please have your home ready for the tour. Have it picked up, the lights and music on, the pets out of the way and the potpourri out! First impressions are as important!
